Come and hear firsthand about the State of Israel's heroic humanitarian efforts of rescue and relief around the world with Danny Biran, who has been as Ambassador of Administrative Affairs, at the Consulate of Israel in New York since August 2008. He is responsible for all Administrative Affairs at Israel’s embassies and consulates situated in North, Central and South America. His remarkable administrative skills have positioned him to lead special rescue operations and missions of mercy preformed by the government of Israel.
In 1992 Ambassador Biran led the Emergency Rescue Team after the terrorist attack at the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires. Most recently he coordinated the well documented field hospital assisting the victims of the massive earthquake in Haiti in 2010.
